What Does Our 5 Year Warranty Include?

When your vehicle is serviced exclusively by BM AutoCare in accordance with factory schedules, you’re automatically eligible for our 5 Year Warranty, which includes:

• Replacement or repair of defective parts we’ve supplied
• Full labour coverage for warranty repairs
• Valid for 5 years or 75,000km, whichever comes first
• Transferable if you sell your car
• Compliant with Australian Consumer Law

This warranty gives you added confidence in the quality of our work — and the commitment we have to your vehicle.

Maintaining Eligibility

To stay eligible for your warranty, your vehicle must:

• Be serviced exclusively by BM AutoCare
• Follow all factory-recommended service intervals
• Use approved parts and lubricants when replaced

What’s Not Covered Under the 5 Year Warranty?

To be completely transparent, the following are not covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. tyres, brake pads)
• Damage from improper use (e.g. racing, commercial use)
• Minor oil leaks or cosmetic issues
• DSG transmission faults (Audi & VW)
• Any repairs involving second-hand parts
• Diagnostics unrelated to the service we performed

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our team via phone or email with your service invoice details. We’ll assess your claim and let you know next steps.

If valid, we’ll repair or replace the faulty part at no cost to you.

If your vehicle isn’t driveable, you’ll need to arrange towing to our workshop.
