Enhanced Car Maintenance


At BM Auto Care, we don’t agree with how long European carmakers say you can go between services. We think waiting that long causes a lot of problems in these cars after a few years.

We’ve come up with our own service plans based on our 25 years of experience. These plans are meant to make sure your BMW or MINI lasts longer and stays reliable, which can also help when you want to sell it later.

In addition to the carmaker’s service plans, we suggest:

  • Changing the oil and filter halfway between regular services. Learn more about our 6-month oil services.
  • Getting the transmission oil and filter changed every 100,000 kilometres.
  • Flushing the injection system every 40,000 kilometres.
  • Changing the coolant every three years.
  • Aligning the wheels every 12 months (unless it’s already done during other service).
