Here’s what you need to know about pre-purchase inspections:

• Our 250-point checks require a minimum of four hours to complete, which is why it can only be conducted on-site at our Essendon service centre.
• For optimal efficiency, we recommend dropping off the vehicle before 9:00 am on the appointment day and leaving it with us until the afternoon.
• Due to the time-intensive nature of the inspection, neither the seller nor the buyer can wait during the assessment.
• The vehicle must be registered or have a trade plate attached.
• Typically, the vehicle will be ready for pick-up after 4:00 pm.
• Payments can be made conveniently over the phone via credit card.
• Please note that pick-up or delivery service is not available for pre-purchase inspections.
• Pre-purchase inspections are exclusively conducted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
